(More customer reviews)I have used a lot of different kinds of bottles on my three children. I lived in a small town when I had my first child 7.5 yrs ago, and the Playtex nursers were not available to me. I did use them with my second child and when my third baby was born, I knew that I wanted to use these when I gave her a bottle. She was totally breastfed but I kept her used to the bottle so that her daddy and grandparents could feed her also. I too tried the Avent brand of bottles and to say the least was rather disapointed! They leaked all over everything! I like the Playtex nursers because of the nipple variety. It is much easier to buy the next size or kind of nipple then to buy a whole new set of bottles. I like the fact that you can push all the air out of the bottle before feeding the baby. I also have to say that I like the bags better than the drop-ins because the measurement markings are clearer on them. If you are going to be giving your baby a bottle at all, I would highly recomend skipping all the new fancy bottles and go with something that has been proven to work well in reducing air intake while your baby eats! Go with Playtex nursers! They work great!!
